I started my fitness life as a child gymnast and a young bodybuilder/powerlifter. I moved to California in 1989 to begin my career in fitness I had the opportunity to work along side some of the best athletic trainers and sports doctors. I began taking pilates in 1995 due to injuries and became certified in 1998. The practice and philosophy of pilates (Contrology) has been my core foundation for training. Due to my skills and expertise I was fortunate to work with many top celebrities on many feature films. I became Tom Cruise’s personal trainer for 4 years working along side Dr. Micheal Clark, CEO of National Academy of Sports Medicine. Where I graduated N.A.S.M.as Corrective Exercise Specialist in 2005.

As life transitioned during Covid and my business became an online platform I relocated to Delray Beach, Florida. I began teaching both online clients and in person to work on sport specific training and found pickleball became the most requested programming. I am thrilled to the success of my clients improvements and lack of injury.

I hope to get an opportunity to have you experience for yourself what a couple hours a week can do to improve your performance on the court and help recover when your off the courts.
